Repairify Sign Up Promotion

These are the terms and conditions for the “Remote Service Scan” promotion (Promotion) which is offered by Repairify Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 93 669 871 096), whose registered address is Level 19, 141 St George’s Terrace, Western Australia 6000 (‘Repairify’ or ‘Promoter’).

Terms & Conditions

  1. The period within which the Promotion is available commences on 17 November 2023 and concludes on 31 March 2024 (‘Promotion Period’).
  2. To be eligible to receive the Promotion, customers must, during the Promotion Period:
  • purchase one or more Repairify products;
  • have not been a customer of Repairify prior to the time that the relevant Repairify product(s) is purchased; and
  • not be receiving or have the benefit of any other offer or promotion offered by Repairify in conjunction with this Promotion.

  1. This Promotion is only available to an Eligible Customer on a one-time basis. The Promotion will only apply to the Repairify product(s) purchased pursuant to paragraph 2 above.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Customers (including a customer’s identity and application details) and reserves the right to disqualify (at any time, including during such time that the Eligible Customer is receiving the benefits of the Promotion) any Eligible Customer if that customer has or is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or is in breach of any other agreement to which it is a party between Repairify and the Eligible Customer (including any terms and conditions governing the provision of the relevant Repairify product(s) or services to the Eligible Customer).
  3. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Eligible Customers will receive:
  • 10 of their remote service scans rebated to them following the completion of 20 remote service scans. The total value of the first 10 remote service scans will be rebated to the customer as an account credit.

Repairify will rebate each Eligible Customer for the 10 remote service scans as described and in accordance with the above within 30 Business Days after the relevant Eligible Customer has received its twentieth remote service scan.

  1. Eligible Customers accept the promotional offer ‘as is’ and acknowledge that the Promoter is not liable to Eligible Customers for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss) or damage arising from or in connection with an Eligible Customer’s participation in this Promotion (including in relation to any tax implications that may arise from the Promotion), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Eligible Customers may wish to seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation adviser or independent financial adviser.
  2. Personal information collected by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, and will be handled in the manner described by Repairify’s Privacy Policy, which is available at
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to review and amend paragraphs 3, 4, 6, 7 and this paragraph 8 of these Terms and Conditions at any time to the extent that any such amendment is effected to protect the commercial interests of the Promoter.
